That's just you getting your emotions back. Sometimes that's a great thing, and sometimes it presents new challenges. Try to redirect that anger into something positive when you can. My anger was great fuel for pushing myself a little harder on my bike and doing one more set at the gym.
If exercise ain't your thing, then try kneading bread. Sounds silly, but ten minutes of hand kneading will tucker you out pretty good AND you can punch the dough without busting up walls.
Its okay dude its hard sometimes you just have to let that frustration out.
Even better when those frustrations can be channeled into something creative or productive. Whenever I get overwhelmed with anger, I lift weights until I'm tired. It's worked well.
One of the worst things. I've always been pretty even tempered but one full day without and I start to get very easily angered by the end of it.

lol yes I remember those days! (still to a lesser degree these days too, but hardly compared to the early days!)
