We might not need a root word. "kapitalismoli klase" is one option. However, a capitalist, as in somebody with capital, is kapitalyen, and as a group that would be kapitaltim (bourgeoisie).

But what about a coordinate term for proletariat? "ergotim" already means staff, so "ergoli klase" would probably work for "working class". Perhaps root words for "wage" and "salary"? Should such a distinction even merit two root words?
I'll admit that I don't know much about Marxism, myself, so perhaps I should stick to coining more common terms lol
