Popn'music Lively E-amuse card

Popn'music Lively E-amuse card

link your card to your My Konami account/ e-amuse pass and it'll be usable in all of the PC games (alongside with managing your stuff on IIDX, DDR, etc.). i've used it on GITADORA PC and Quiz Magic Academy (during the MusiQ Fes collaboration last year). no need to create a digital e-amuse then to subscribe for any of the PC games you need a credit card on file in your My Konami account. check with your bank for any foreign transaction fees and such Also, wait until the 1st of the month Japan time (better to wait until the 1st in US just to be safe) to subscribe because that's how Japan does things with subscriptions Only SDVX's regular mode that requires purchasing tickets (much like credits/tokens in an arcade) have compatibility with the Arcade regarding scores and such, it's Infinite Course is the subscription which will have different song offerings

GRVSHFT

yes u can use it with pop’n

katineko

Even on the PC with Lively?

GRVSHFT

sorry , forgot the pc version was called Lively , that uses your konami account . iirc all the pc home games just use that and makes a digital card pretty much . the scores and stuff on pc home versions do not transfer to arcade titles

gtcIIDX

IIRC for all of the PC games (Infinitas, SDVX, Gitadora, and this) you make that digital e-amuse "card" that's used for the cloud saving.

This used to be how it operated, you had to have a digital eAmuse pass but now you can use the physical card if it’s attached to your KONAMI ID (also you must have a Japanese KONAMI ID account).

I see. The Japanese Konami account shouldn't be a problem. How does credit cards work though? Also, what is Paseli for, and the difference between Paseli and e-Amusement?

Paseli is like a currency for Bemani games. Kind of like a Steam or iTunes Card. You can just pay for the Lively subscription with a credit/debit card though. The only benefit to using Paseli is you can earn points that go toward obtaining more Paseli, but the downside is you have to purchase Paseli in specific denominations (for example you can’t just buy the exact Paseli to cover your subscription the lowest Paseli is 500円). The other downside is while in Japan you can use Paseli to pay for games in the arcade you cannot use Paseli stateside on the arcade machines. e-Amusement is the whole network for Bemani/KONAMI games, kind of equivalent to Steam/PlayStation Network/Xbox Live. EDIT: This guide is for INFINITAS but a lot of it applies to setting up for Pop’n Lively and covers how eAmuse works as well as Paseli: https://www.otaquest.com/infiniticon-an-english-speakers-guide-to-beatmania-iidx-infinitas/
