And it is quite the challenge to master!
I've been very creative with those excuses and reasons to continue using but at this time I'm feeling like I've exhausted every one. The tricky thing is that over time, I'm sure I'll come up with more so being here on the daily helps to remain vigilant. My question to you would be, do you have a plan for how to handle temptation/cravings? What worked best for you in the past?
Currently I’m going running every 2 days with no excuses even if I’m exhausted. I will try to add exercising to deal with cravings
