Help with calorie deficit at 14

You're 14 ffs, you don't need to be doing anything like this at your age as there is no need. Enjoy your teenage years instead of counting calories!
Whatever you do don’t go into a deficit. Get plenty of sleep, eat good nutritious food and drink a bunch of water. Let yourself grow and develop. No need to make things complicated bro, you’ll find your body will naturally change quite a lot throughout the next few years. Go with the flow
Mate you’re 14 don’t think you need to approach your training like a seasoned athlete or bodybuilder.
A well balanced diet (plenty of fruit and veg, little red meat, fish, poultry, good carbs - the basics) with regular training, good sleep and patience will do you wonders.
Anybody that you see on social media or in your gym has likely done this for years. You’re at the beginning now, enjoy the process
